I wandered here by accidentaly seeing forum's ad on youtube. Cool place

Anyways, a quick "about me" (since I'm hoping we'll all get to know each other): A twitter friend (Adam Lambert fan) told me about this cool show called Queer as Folk about a month ago. I watched whole 5 seasons in one week (I'm crazy, I know ) because it's so amazingly done. I fell in love with it and didn't know what to do when it finished, so I started googling and youtubing it. That's basically how I ended up here

Just wanted to say thank you for making this forum!
It seems great! And thanks Anita for letting me know about this!

Well, I got to know Qaf while checking out youtube.
I had just seen the movie Brokeback Mountain, and wanted to know if there were
other gay themed movies.. That's when I saw this vid called Brian/Justin.
It was the clip when Brian was experiencing money withdrawal symptoms.
Even by that short vid, I totaly fell in love with them!
Like abtammy, I also saw the whole series in one week. Although I didn't quite pick the right time.
I was in the middle of my final exams.. which means I'm now currently REdoing my whole year.
But it was totaly worth it in the end

(sorry if I'm talking too much, that tends to happen )

Wow whole serie in one week. i did it in a 3 or 4 weeks and find it quick.. and even redoing your whole year... thats to bad.. but indeed for a greater course... LOL

Hi everyone my name is Jennifer and i am a BIG fan of QAF which i found while surfing the channels on the TV trying to find something other then the Law&Order:SVU episode i had seen 100 times before and Bam all of a sudden there was Brian pushing Michael up against the wall and kissing him in the comic book store i was definitely curious and turned on.

Like abtammy and MissBabylon i watched all 5 seasons in about 5 days I started on a Friday and only stopped watching to go to work that Sunday night but then promptly took the next 2 days off to finish watching the series and plus my supervisor said i looked like shit

I thought Brian was HOT the first time i saw him and really wanted to know who he was i was familiar with Hal i had seen him on a few shows what hooked me was in the first episode when the camera zooms in on Brian and he turns towards the it and smiles that shit eating smile i have been over QAF since then.

I know i was the same way with those two but really who would not the chemistry between the 2 of them was something i have never seen before.

I agree, the chemistry is amazing, I have never seen a couple so HOT on screen

And also so fast in watching.. if i had no kids . i think i had done the same... when i was watching the first season i already bought the complete box collection..

i ve started watching after i found a vid in someones feed on tt.. with a version of adam lamberts fever combined with vids from QAF. it was so hot ( its not on the internet anymore ) but the peeps i showed it too. , like anita felt completly in love with it like i did..
and ever since i watch such a lot of scenes like a zillion time.. and its just a couple of months ago that i found out about it....
