I think they are talking about "Falling for Grace" and the guy next to him is the actor that plays Grace (I don't know her real name) father
I am not sure, tho.

Realy?? Because he's talking about plumes.. and gloomy.. I'd pay you to go see it.. it all sounds so dark. And the CSI and fertile ground are also kind of dark themed.. plus they have him murder a bird -> the plumes.. Just what I was thinking.

What if it was an interview for falling for grace, like you said, which kind of explains the chinese dude being there, BUT they changed what they were talking about to his other movie.. considdering the audience can always ask questions at these things..

Of course that's exaclty what happened.
